How does Re-Zip work at Dr. Bauer's?
1. You activate Re-Zip in your shopping cart – it costs a one-time deposit of €1.99.
2. Your order will arrive in a foldable re-zip bag.
3. After unpacking:
• Fold the bag
• Turn the return label outwards
• Scan QR code
• Throw the bag into the nearest mailbox
4. You will receive a voucher worth €1.99 – just like with the bottle deposit.
Why does Re-Zip cost €1.99 extra?
The €1.99 is your deposit for the Re-Zip packaging. Once you return it, you'll receive the amount back as a voucher – a fair system for you and the environment.
How do I get my voucher?
Very easy:
Before returning the bag, scan the QR code on the re-zip bag. Then drop it in your nearest mailbox. You will then receive your €1.99 voucher via email or in the store.
Do I have to pay anything for the return shipment?
No. Returns are free —all you need to do is fold the bag correctly, turn the return label inside out, and drop it in a mailbox.
How often can a Re-Zip bag be used?
Re-Zip packaging can be reused up to 30 times . This way, together we can significantly reduce CO₂ emissions and waste.
